SUMMARY: 18” x 24” film poster design for Reign Free Films neo-western indie short film “Ghost Town.”
OBJECTIVE: Assist Reign Free Films with design of their film poster utilizing imagery and colors that match the aesthetic of the film and incorporating required info and credits.
SOLUTION: Utilized what I felt was one of the most compelling images from the film, a serif font and color from the overall color grading of the film to create a poster design that captures the overall look and feel of the film. Added texture to pull the design together visually and give the final design a distressed look.
OUTCOME: Client accepted the final design for the poster and implemented it in marketing for various independent film festivals and showings locally at the Lyric in Fort Collins.
